This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Executive based in Kenya, with flexibility for some remote work and potential to be based out of Nairobi (location flexibility essential). The Regional Sales Executive will drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, coordinating with the commercial team, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and Key Accounts. The role also involves Distributor management, monitoring sales trends, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

Qualifications


Proven experience in sales strategy, market analysis, and customer relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in sales-related software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the wine and spirits industry is not a must but FMCG experience is a plus.
