Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Abuja

Industry: Broadband Internet Service Provider (ISP) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and lead regional sales activities for a broadband ISP providing high-speed, high-volume internet connectivity to remote workers, families, students, and businesses. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients. Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve targets. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or the ISP industry. Proven experience in sales team leadership and regional business development. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Good knowledge of the Abuja market is an advantage.
