Regional Sales Representatives

Location: Various Regions Across Kenya OUR SERVICES Human Resource Consultancy & HR Outsourcing Recruitment & Staffing Solutions Labour Outsourcing & Casual Labour Management Office, Commercial & Facility Cleaning Services Real Estate & Property Management Sales & Marketing Support Tax, Accounting & Financial Consultancy Import & Export Support Services KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and approach potential clients within your assigned area. Conduct company visits and introduce Summit\'s services to decision-makers. Generate sales leads and develop new business relationships. Identify client needs and recommend suitable services. Follow up on prospects, prepare sales reports, and support client onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Achieve agreed sales targets and grow Summit\'s client base. REQUIREMENTS Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and close sales. Self-motivated, trustworthy, and target-driven. Willingness to conduct field visits and meet potential clients. Previous sales or business development experience is an added advantage.
