Our client, a chain of restaurants operating in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and the ability to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
Monitor stock, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and operations.
Train and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant or hotel setup.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
