• Oversee the smooth running of the store, ensuring efficient daily operations
• Manage stock levels, control inventory, and safeguard company assets
• Implement effective merchandising to uphold high presentation standards
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets
• Handle administrative duties, reporting, and operational procedures
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints promptly
• Supervise staff, including work allocation, performance management, and team development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements

Requirements

• Proven ability to delegate and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility and business management acumen
• 2 to 5 years of retail management experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
