Room Attendant - Hospitality

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high service standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Duties & Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to the required standards. Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities. Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and corridors. Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property. Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures. Maintain housekeeping equipment and assist with deep-cleaning tasks. Accurately record completed housekeeping activities. Skills and Competencies Hotel experience Strong people and communication skills Able to work under pressure and independently Flexible to work long hours and weekends Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook Qualifications Grade 12/Matric Relevant qualification related to Management
