Responsibilties


Manage branch records including sales transactions, delivery notes, invoices, and receipts.
Monitor and maintain accurate customer databases and sales registers.
Ensure all customer invoices, receipts, and delivery notes are properly issued and filed.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch sales reports to Branch Operations Manager.
Monitor daily cash transactions and Point-of-Sale (POS) activities.
Coordinate with the finance department for bank deposits, petty cash management, and supplier payments.
Maintain accurate financial records related to branch transactions.
Maintain accurate stock records for animal feeds, veterinary drugs, supplements, and premix products.
Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing stock in the warehouse or display shelves.
Conduct routine stock reconciliation and physical stock-taking to ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify and report low-stock items and assist in restocking with procurement or suppliers.
Attend to walk-in and existing customers, providing information on premix products, animal feeds, veterinary drugs, and vaccines.
Provide guidance on product availability, usage, and suitable recommendations where necessary.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure prompt service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and commercial clients.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager.
Liaise with sales representatives and technical staff for customer follow-ups and order fulfillment.
Ensure smooth coordination between customers, the branch, and the warehouse for product delivery.
Maintain proper records for product shelf life, batch tracking, and expiry management.
Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks by maintaining organized and accessible documentation.


Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
