About the Role
Sanlam Allianz Life Insurance (Kenya) Limited, is seeking highly driven and customer-focused Sales Agents to support the distribution of Pension Products and related retirement solutions under a partners Distribution Network.

The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in expanding access to pension and retirement products by engaging the partners client ecosystem, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities


Sell and distribute Pension Products, including Individual
Pension Plan (IPP), Income Drawdown, Annuity Solutions, and related financial products as approved.
Drive AUM growth through top-ups, additional voluntary contributions (AVCs), and NSSF Tier II.
Work closely with operations, customer service, investments, and compliance teams to resolve client issues.
Drive new customer acquisition within the Partners Distribution Network.
Conduct client engagements, retirement planning sessions, and market activations.
Convert leads provided by the partners Sales Staff and other sources within the distribution network.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent achievement of monthly production targets.
Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Deliver client-centered solutions and maintain long-term relationships.
Provide feedback to inform product improvement and customer experience enhancement.
Adhere to insurance and pension regulatory requirements (IRA, RBA).
Observe AML/KYC guidelines, product suitability standards, and fair dealing practices.
Attend mandatory training sessions on pension products, compliance, and sales processes
Always maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.


Qualifications and Experience


A minimum of a Diploma (Degree preferred).
Certification in insurance (AllK, ACII, CMI, COP)
Prior experience in sales, insurance agency, pension product distribution, or financial services is an advantage.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
At least 5 Years Experience in Sales
