Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Summary

• Greenbay Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a result-driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth, expand our client base, and increase brand visibility within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
• Provide regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales/marketing (healthcare experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus
