Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness
Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts
Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
Participate in promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
B.S.c / HND / OND qualification
1- 2 years of previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
