About The Role


Are you a results-driven sales professional with a knack for closing deals and building lasting corporate relationships? We are looking for an aggressive, strategic, and self-motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market footprint.
In this role, you will champion both B2B and B2C sales, positioning our premium security solutions to corporate organizations, estates, schools, high-net-worth individuals, and more.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development:Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across corporate and residential sectors.
Product Growth: Market our full suite of security solutions (Manned Guarding, Corporate & Event Security, CCTV & Electronic Systems, Journey Management, and Risk Assessment).
Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue, lead conversion, and client acquisition targets.
Relationship Management: Onboard new clients, manage key accounts, and ensure high retention rates through exceptional customer feedback.
Reporting: Maintain high visibility into your pipeline by providing detailed weekly sales activity reports.


What We Are Looking For


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (experience in the security industry, oil and gas servicing Facility management Servicing, CCTV Sales is a major plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong B2B sales capabilities with the ability to interface with corporate executives and high-net-worth clients.
A target-driven mindset with the resilience to navigate market conditions.
