Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in and online customers with product suggestions and orders Provide excellent customer service across all channels (store, phone, DM, WhatsApp) Process orders and follow up Censure on-time delivery Maintain accurate records of sales and customers Support store displays, product arrangement and inventory checks Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. Requirements SSCE or higher Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, presentable and professional Good organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (Google Workspace/WhatsApp Business/social media) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work from our Surulere, Logos store.
