Job Title: Business Development Associate (Entry-Level)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious graduates with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, customer acquisition, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage potential customers in high-traffic locations (supermarkets, cinemas, universities, markets, etc.).
  • Acquire 390 new prospects monthly during the Customer Acquisition Phase.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with at least 15 verified contacts daily.
  • Progress to the Sales Generation Phase, meeting monthly sales targets of 8, 11, and 15 units over three months.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and Tuesday office meetings.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team sales objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally while educating customers on our product offerings.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
  • A good android phone
  • 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday (7 hours daily) and Sundays (5 hours).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₦150,000 (Broken into Basic, KPI Bonus & Operation Allowance)
  • Commission-based earnings on successful sales
