Monthly Salary: Up to R29 000 per month ( Based on experience )

About the Role

Our client is the leading property marketplace for the Food Industry. They work with landlords across retail, leisure and food services, listing properties like takeaways, restaurants, dark kitchens, pub kitchens and central production units. They utilise kitchen space in places like sports stadiums, bingo halls and galleries, helping high growth food vendors find, license and utilise commercial space across the UK.

Job Description:

You will be cold calling, emailing and working on prospective food vendors (demand) and property landlords (supply), booking in meetings for the senior sales team. You will be pitching their product, helping to warm up potential customers and managing landlord relationships. Working with the sales team, you will be responsible for helping grow our clients property portfolio and helping the team fill those sites with exciting food brands.

Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients and partners through phone, email, and social media platforms. You will be engaging interested parties, booking in calls and viewings for the companies properties.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the sales teams, ensuring a smooth experience for both the team and potential clients.
  • Keep meticulous records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in a CRM system.
  • Regularly update and review the contact database to maintain accuracy and relevancy.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Monitor appointment success rates and work closely with the team to refine strategies for higher conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to engage clients effectively and address their needs.



Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, and Outbound Messaging (LinkedIn, Cold Emails).
  • Familiarity with relevant sales and outreach tools (CRMs, Prospecting Tools, Automation Tools, etc).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple schedules.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and communication tools like Slack, ChatGPT, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment with a reliable laptop and internet connection.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data in systems.
