The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with exceptional cold-calling expertise to drive lead generation and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence, a clear and professional accent, and outstanding communication skills. Success in this role relies heavily on proven cold-calling abilities and the capacity to close deals effectively. Experience in selling HR technology is a valuable plus, positioning the candidate for success in this fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Utilise digital outreach strategies to engage leads effectively.
  • Qualify and schedule high-quality sales appointments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update lead information using CRM tools.
  • Drive lead conversion and contribute to revenue growth.
