About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter - Automotive Refinish to drive new business acquisition within the automotive refinish industry. The successful candidate will focus on identifying, prospecting, and converting body shops, fleet operators, and independent repair centres to premium automotive refinish solutions.


Key Responsibilities
New Business Development


Identify and target new body shops, fleets, and independent repair centres within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute structured prospecting plans to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through ongoing lead generation.
Convert customers from competitor brands to premium automotive refinish systems.


Customer Engagement & Solution Selling


Conduct on-site assessments of body shops and repair facilities.
Present and demonstrate automotive refinish products, digital solutions, and process improvements.
Coordinate product trials, system changeovers, and customer onboarding activities.


Distributor & Partner Collaboration


Work closely with distributors and industry partners to support customer acquisition initiatives.
Ensure seamless communication between customers, distributors, and technical support teams.


Commercial Management


Negotiate pricing structures, commercial agreements, and customer contracts.
Secure new customer agreements and deliver against sales revenue targets.


Market Intelligence


Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments.
Identify market opportunities and customer needs.


CRM & Reporting


Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Provide regular pipeline forecasts and sales activity reports.


Minimum Requirements
Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.


Experience


Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive refinish sales.
Proven track record in new business development and customer acquisition.
