Sales Representative

Location: Cape Town, CBD
Hours: 2 PM - 12 AM, on-site

Compensation: R10,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Top performers earn up to R50,000, with 40% of our team reaching this level.)

• Engage warm leads via phone and email, building rapport and generating interest.
• Qualify potential clients by gathering key information and identifying opportunities.
• Maintain a professional, persuasive sales approach at all times.
• Update and manage leads in our CRM system accurately.

• Sales-driven and motivated by commission in a high-performance environment.
• Strong sales skills with a competitive, results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center role.
• Comfortable working US hours (2 PM - 12 AM SAST).
• Based in Cape Town and available for on-site work.
