Role Description
The Sales Team Manager will form, lead and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve organizational targets while fostering an engaging environment that motivates and develops team members. The role involves overseeing the implementation of sales strategies, guiding team members through training sessions to become successful sales people. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kitengela.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management skills, with the ability to oversee, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
Be COP compliant .
Excellent sales people recruitment, mentorship and coaching skills.
Proven track record of sales success in financial services industry. preferably in insurance.
Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage deadlines, challenges, and continuous operational improvement.
Minimum of a diploma qualification, however, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
People with entrepreneurial skills and ambitious are more desirable.
