Security Supervisor - Guarding

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage security personnel Ensure proper deployment and site coverage Conduct regular site inspections Enforce SOPs, discipline and security standards Train and guide guards on site Manage off-duty and leave schedules Liaise with clients on operational matters Prepare weekly and monthly supervision reports Requirements Diploma in Security/Business Management or related field Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience Computer literate. Strong leadership & communication skills
