Senior Art Director

Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective visual strategies. Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation. Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in art direction within a digital agency. Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and digital design expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other digital design tools. Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
