- Key Duties & Responsibilities -
Planning of New Developments:
- Assist in the planning of new developments, including costings, design, research, and professional coordination.
- Coordinate various stakeholders (architects, quantity surveyors, brokers, engineers) to facilitate project progression.
- Map processes to support the long-term management of complex projects.
- Create and manage project briefs and timelines.
- Prepare sales collateral (sales plans, spec sheets, building details) while ensuring adherence to legal documentation requirements.
Research:
- Plan and execute research initiatives to identify and capitalize on development opportunities.
- Identify credible data and information sources.
- Collect, store, organize, and process data to develop insights.
- Summarize information in easily consumable formats (presentations, graphs, tables, charts).
Development Administration:
- Ensure all necessary certificates and documentation are in place.
- Oversee the registration of developments with the NHBRC.
- Coordinate practical completion and occupancy processes.
- Embody proactive planning and action.
Continuous Improvement and Administration:
- Regularly review and optimize systems and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement, focusing on research efficiency and team collaboration.
- Conduct ongoing research on industry best practices.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc Property Studies.
- BArch Bachelor of Architecture.
- Alternate relevant qualifications will be considered.
- Experience will be prioritized.
Necessary Experience:
- Planning and development of residential real estate projects (mid-high rise apartments).
- Proven track record of completing projects.
Desirable Experience:
