Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Commercial Industry, experienced in managing commercial, retail and mixed-used projects with strong leadership and communication skills. Requirements: Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP - essential. Minimum 7 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience, with substantial exposure to commercial, retail and mixed-use developments. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver the full QS Strong commercial, contractual, financial management and negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff. Established professional networks and business development capabilities will be Excellent communication, client relationship management and organisational Willingness to travel to client premises and project sites as required. DimX and WinQS experience.
