The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads by leveraging a combination of cold calling and digital outreach techniques. This role requires a strong technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to efficiently handle a high volume of calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Utilise digital outreach strategies to engage leads effectively.
  • Qualify and schedule high-quality sales appointments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update lead information using CRM tools.

  • Experience: At least 4+ years of experience with Sales, Appointment Setting & Cold Calling.
  • Experience with digital outreach and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and communication tools like Slack, ChatGPT, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with relevant sales and outreach tools (CRMs, Prospecting Tools, etc).
