Brief responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
Promote and sell air compressors and generators to both existing and prospective clients.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide timely market insights and report on competitor activities.
Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends.


Requirements


2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of air compressors and generators is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Must be based in, or have strong familiarity with, the Nairobi market.
