Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
Sales and relationship management skills, including experience in client acquisition, retention, and building long-term partnerships
Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Market research and business development experience to identify potential opportunities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software
Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience in the construction or modular building industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
