Design and implement integrations across policy administration, claims intake, adjudication and payment processing
Build and maintain complex Apex logic, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows that drive our insurance operations
Ensure our platform scales reliably as our insurance business grows - across Life Cover, Funeral Cover and Credit Insurance
Mentor junior and intermediate developers on the team
Drive development standards and engineering best practices within the Salesforce space
Evaluate and introduce Salesforce capabilities that move our Insurance platform forward
Your tech stack
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - our insurance platform foundation
Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow - how we build and extend the platform
REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture - how we integrate
Java - your back-end foundation, directly transferable here
Salesforce DX & CLI - source-driven development and deployment pipelines
What you bring

A genuine interest in growing the engineers around you
