Our Testing Tribe

We love catching bugs. We enjoy challenging each other. We are always racing to solve the next testing mystery. We are constantly at diplomatic roundtables/discussions with the other tribes to deliver the client’s vision to reality. Our testing pilots are the backbone to a bug-free product. What are your responsibilities?

As a Testing Engineer you will be working on different types of products from websites to enterprise platforms. As part of a cross functional team focused on delivery, you will be responsible for delivering the expected quality to our client. Here are some examples of how your day will go:

• Participating in scrum activities like release & sprint plan, retrospective and daily stand-ups
• Writing test scripts and preparing test checklist for user stories

• Staying ahead of the game and up to date with the latest, the field has to offer while supporting & mentoring juniors in your tribe
• Contributing to our Engineering blog with at least 3 postings per quarter and giving technical sessions to your peers 

What we need from you

You are constantly on the hunt for bugs. You are a Sherlock Engineer that enjoys analyzing all the possibilities & outcomes before occurring and has an eye for detail.

We are looking for a QA with an analytical mind who easily detects bugs and fills in the gaps. One who masters all kinds of testing including manual, automation and exploratory. And also know their way around mobile testing, web, performance and security testing.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and in automation testing.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., RestAssured ,Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, ...) and setting up test environments.
• Expertise in building test frameworks from scratch using design patterns like Page Object Model and Data Driven.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Git for project management and version control.
• Ability to write comprehensive test cases and assist others in developing them.
• Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Experience in project management, including cross-functional team coordination.
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• A solid understanding of performance testing and security testing concepts, with the ability to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks—an asset in ensuring system scalability and security.
