As a Senior VIP Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our high-value players and our brand, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful, personalized, and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing 
  • Own the VIP Experience: You will be the trusted point of contact for our most valued players, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, seamless, and adds real value. 
  • Drive Retention & Engagement: Monitor VIP activity, spot trends before anyone else, and proactively create strategies to increase loyalty. 
  • Be the Voice of the VIP: Advocate for your players internally, collaborating with KYC, Payments, Marketing, Customer Service, and CRM teams to optimize their journey. 
  • Turn Insights into Action: Use data-driven decision-making to improve engagement, refine offers, and maximize the player lifecycle. 
  • Create Exclusive VIP Experiences: From tailored promotions to premium in-person events, ensure that VIPs feel like they are part of something exceptional. 
  • Take Full Ownership: If there’s a problem, you don’t just report it—you solve it. 
  • Ensure Responsible & Ethical Engagement: Work closely with Responsible Gaming, AML, and Compliance teams to manage VIP relationships sustainably. 
  • 3+ years of experience as a VIP Account Manager in iGaming: You understand the industry, the players, and what drives engagement. 
  • Knowledge of key betting KPIs and player behaviors: Familiarity with metrics such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, CLTV, Churn Rate, and activity segmentation to assess VIP performance and opportunities.
  • Ability to work with player data, CRM reports, and behavioral insights to identify trends and drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience organizing high-end VIP events (online and offline): From private tournaments to tailored hospitality experiences.
  • Solution-oriented & commercially driven: Ability to identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payments, Fraud, Marketing).
  • Understanding of Responsible Gaming and AML frameworks: Experience working alongside compliance teams to ensure ethical engagement with VIPs.
  • Strong analytical skills: You can interpret player data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication & influencing skills: You can engage, retain, and build loyalty with VIPs at every level. 
  • A solution-oriented mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate challenges with confidence. 
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends when necessary: VIPs don’t work on a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do we.
