Shop Floor Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Shop Floor Assistant for our Ipaja branch. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Attend to customers promptly and provide product information and guidance Assist customers in locating products within the store Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled Support restocking and proper display of goods Maintain accurate pricing and tagging of items Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic complaints Work with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe at all times Minimum Qualifications Minimum of SSCE/OND (ND) in any related field Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage Ability to stand for long hours and assist with light lifting Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong teamwork and work ethic Skills & Competencies: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Good communication skills Friendly, approachable, and sales-driven attitude Attention to detail and good organizational ability Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic numeracy and product handling skills.
