Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily lounge activities and coordinate staff duties. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints. Monitor sales, upselling, cash handling, and daily operational reports. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and general hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, wastage, or discrepancies. Ensure staff punctuality, proper grooming, and compliance with company policies. Report operational issues, incidents, and staff performance concerns to management. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
