Site Agent/Construction Manager

Job Description Our client is looking for an experienced Site Agent / Construction Manager for a major water pipeline project in Cape Town, with a focus on large-diameter water pipeline installations and associated civil works. Requirements: BSc / BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related Built Environment qualification Professional registration with ECSA and/or SACPCMP Minimum 15 years' post-qualification experience Proven experience specifically on large pipeline installation projects Experience must include associated civil works and site management Strong construction management and subcontractor management experience Experience managing major infrastructure projects Ability to manage construction programs, resources, quality, safety and commercial aspects of the works Strong understanding of construction contracts and project documentation
