Site Engineer (Construction)

Job Summary We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, and deliver projects within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, material usage, and timelines. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Prepare daily site reports and identify technical issues for prompt resolution. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field. 2 - 3 years of relevant construction or site engineering experience. Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and engineering drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an added advantage. Must be willing to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
