As part of our talent team in WB Motor Operations (Sales and Insurance Acquisitions), The Solutions Analyst function is responsible for supporting the business in formulating appropriate, innovative, and practical solutions aligned to strategic and businessÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂdriven initiatives. The role focuses on analysing data, supporting solution design, contributing to project delivery, and engaging stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and client needs effectively.
Are you someone who can:
Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment
Contribute to formulation of solutions, products and enhancements in response to the business vision, mission and objectives that address customer needs.
Participate in creation and ownership of project plans and project management to meet project target dates and milestones
Continuously assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
Perform data analysis and provide support in creating relevant dashboards
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
Contribute to innovation by finding faster and more accurate ways of working
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships ensuring solutions are aligned to organisational goals
Communicate well with all relevant stakeholders (written/verbally).
Address customer needs to meet or exceed customer expectations
Review and approve Project/work request BRS (Business Requirement Specification), FRS (Functional Requirement Specification)
Perform User Acceptance Testing
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Matric / Relevant Qualification in Data Analytics, Business or Information systems
Experience: 5 - 8 Experience within the role
Sound knowledge of Sales and internal systems
