Specialist - Social Performance, Labour & HSE Advisory

Role Objective Provide advisory supporton occupational health and safety, labour practices, social risk management and stakeholder-related safeguards. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational health, safety and social performance assessments. Evaluate workplace safety systems, labour practices, contractor management and emergency preparedness. Assess stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms and community-related risks. Develop corrective-action plans and provide technical advice on HSE and social safeguards. Support infrastructure, industrial and corporate due diligence assignments. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline, with preferably 6+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrable knowledge of industrial HSE, labour compliance and relevant international safeguards. NEBOSH, ISO 45001 training and other recognised professional credentials are advantageous.
