Store Manager

Overview ‎We are recruiting a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager for our client. ‎The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating order fulfillment, and supporting overall business growth. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage store operations efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. ‎‎Ultimately, you will ensure the smooth running of the store by maintaining inventory accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and providing outstanding service to customers. ‎‎Key Responsibilities ‎Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure it remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. ‎Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate restocking activities. ‎Attend to walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service. ‎Process customer orders accurately and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners. ‎Conduct basic product and market research to stay informed about skincare products and industry trends. ‎Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, customer orders, and daily store activities. ‎Prepare routine operational and sales reports while reporting inventory discrepancies and customer feedback to management. ‎Requirements ‎Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. ‎2 - 4 years' experience in store management, retail operations, or inventory management. ‎Strong customer service and communication skills. ‎Good knowledge of inventory management and record keeping. ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. ‎Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. ‎Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. ‎Previous experience in the skincare, beauty, or retail industry is an added advantage.‎
