Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement an ultra-strict recruitment framework for corporate pilots/drivers utilizing standard psychological, literacy, numeracy, and eye-tracking tests.
Coordinate the background check process, verification of guarantors, and medical screenings for all new hires.
Develop continuous corporate training modules focusing on defensive driving, hospitality, and premium service delivery.
Administer the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks and manage annual performance appraisal exercises.
Mediate internal employee disputes and manage workforce retention and wellness programs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
Active professional certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, or CIPD) is mandatory.
4 - 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a logistics, transport, or aviation firm.
