Technical Assembly Assistant (Short-term Assignment)

ikeja is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Assembly Assistant to join our team on a one month fixed-term contract. This role requires precision, patience, and a steady hand to perform intricate assembly work involving delicate components.

• Carefully open, inspect, and prepare specialized hardware components for assembly.
• Accurately apply adhesive to designated parts as per precise guidelines.
• Reassemble hardware components securely, ensuring no damage to sensitive parts.
• Meet daily assembly targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm proper assembly and functionality.

• Proven experience working with hardware, electronics, or technical assembly (e.g., soldering, repairing devices like MacBooks, DB boards, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with delicate parts.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and maintain focus in a repetitive yet crucial task.
• Previous experience in a telecommunications, technical or hardware-related environment will be advantageous.

• Willingness to work overtime, long hours, and flexible shifts to accommodate operational demands and ensure targets are met, as and when required. 

Candidates will be required to complete a practical skills test during the recruitment process to demonstrate their technical proficiency and attention to detail.
