QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' hands-on experience with solar systems.
Must have full and detailed knowledge of solar products.
Proven experience managing or supervising a technical team.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision.
