Technical Officer - Integrated Service Delivery

Project: BRIDGE Job Description What you will do in this role: Support the implementation of integrated HIV, TB, Malaria, and MNCH service delivery at state and facility levels. Provide routine supportive supervision to facility and community service delivery teams. Support the use of SOPs and quality improvement tools at the point of service delivery. Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership. Assist in tracking service delivery data at the facility level. Support capacity-building activities for facility-level health workers. Minimum recruitment standard Qualifications and experience we look for: A first degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a health-related field is required. At least 4 years of experience in health program implementation, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred. Good knowledge of integrated service delivery approaches. Strong communication and facilitation skills.
