Understanding of foam applications including NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness), sealing, insulation, and buoyancy. Experience in industries such as automotive, packaging, maritime, armaments, construction, manufacturing or related sectors. Ability to match customer requirements with technical product solutions. Strong prospecting, planning, and business development skills. CRM experience. Pricing, quotation management, and negotiation expertise.
