Technician -UHT/ESL Filling &Downstream

Woodlands Dairy is seeking technicians to service and maintain UHT and ESL Filling & Distribution Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance of filling and downstream equipment, working both independently and within a team to achieve production and maintenance targets. This role requires flexibility to work shifts and overtime to meet operational demands. Key Performance Areas: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on filling and downstream equipment. Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve production and maintenance targets. Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency through proactive fault-finding and problem-solving. Support operational requirements by working shifts and overtime when necessary. Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Qualified Millwright or Electrician. (Essential) Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in maintenance within FMCG or related industries. Strong technical expertise in: Hydraulics Electrics Pneumatics Mechanics PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) Proven ability to maintain and repair filling and packing equipment. Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and deliver sustainable solutions.
