Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Tractor / Gardening Equipment Operators to support landscaping, grounds maintenance, and outdoor facility operations across assigned sites.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating tractors and specialized gardening equipment to maintain lawns, gardens, green areas, and external environments to high professional standards.
This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating landscaping and agricultural maintenance equipment in commercial, residential, industrial, or facility management environments.
Key Responsibilities
Operate tractors and gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
Carry out lawn mowing, bush cutting, trimming, pruning, land clearing, and general landscaping activities.
Operate equipment such as:
Compact tractors
Ride-on lawn mowers
Brush cutters
Hedge trimmers
Chain saws
Leaf blowers
Earth augers
Water pumping equipment
Perform daily equipment inspection and basic preventive maintenance checks.
Report equipment faults, damages, or operational issues promptly.
Ensure proper handling and storage of fuel, oils, and gardening tools.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment storage areas.
Follow company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and site safety guidelines.
Support irrigation, planting, fertilization, and other grounds maintenance activities when required.
Ensure assigned outdoor areas remain clean, neat, and professionally maintained.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
Previous experience operating tractors or gardening/landscaping equipment is highly preferred.
Ability to understand and follow operational and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Good knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and safe equipment handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work across multiple locations when required.
Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
