WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
  • Attend Boldr’s Train the Trainer sessions on the assigned training modules.
  • Be involved in training learners from Boldr Impact Sourcing partner/s. 
  • Facilitate instructor-led learning sessions, following the curriculum designed. 
  • Act as a training coach or guide by ensuring that the activities and discussions help learners assimilate the skills and competencies being developed. 
  • Conduct post-training assessments to measure the success of the training conducted.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Collaborate with Boldr’s learning team to deliver training sessions according to established curricula.
  • Implement, sustain, and ensure the quality of the training courses that have been created and designed. 
  • Conduct workshops, learning sessions, and training sessions for Boldr’s Impact Sourcing partner/s.
  • Conduct assessments and analyses to determine, recommend, and implement the type of support needed for learners demonstrating challenges. 
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. 
  • Monitor performance, response, and effectiveness of the training. 
  • Assist in creating and analyzing training performance data. 
YOU HAVE…
  • The ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities
  • Great skills in facilitating and presenting
  • Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication 
  • Training skills: You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to deliver accurate and clear content, listen to people’s needs, and help communicate options for them.
  • A passion for learning and teaching 
  • An attitude that is always willing to provide help and support.
