REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 2 – 3 years in a water purification position
- Knowledge of pumps and related equipment
- Good diagnostic abilities to effectively troubleshoot problems.
- Familiarity with various water treatment technologies is advantageous; training will be provided for specific systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and healthy for installation tasks
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Team player with a collaborative approach
DUTIES
- Reporting to the Lead Technician and Sales Manager
- Install and maintain water purification systems for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and system checks to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for water quality improvement
- Educate clients on system use, maintenance, and best practices for water purity
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations during installations and service calls
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
Must have a drivers license
