The 1:1 Teacher will provide individualized instruction and support to a student with specific learning needs. The teacher will implement ILP goals, modify instruction as needed, and collaborate closely with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to promote the student's academic and social-emotional growth.

Adapt classroom materials and teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Support the student in developing confidence, independence, and social skills.
Monitor, document, and report progress toward academic and behavioral targets.
Maintain open communication with the learning support team and parents.
Foster a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (Special Needs Education) or Bachelor of Education with Special Needs certification.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with individualized or small-group support.
Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive education.
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable teaching approach.
