Role Purpose


To diagnose, repair, and maintain tuk-tuks while ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and customer satisfaction.


Job Description


Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Devise Preventative Measures to Avoid Machine/vehicle Downtime.
Analyse machine test results and adjust to meet company specifications.
Providing service and customer support during field visits or Service clinics.
Monitoring the availability of workshop parts and replenishing supplies.
Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Ensure safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment's.
Maintain a tidy work environment and adhering to company and industry regulations and policies.


Job Requirements


A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the related field.
Valid driving license should apply for Tuk-tuk.
Superior product knowledge.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
