Job Summary


We are recruiting Open Market Sales Representatives to drive product availability, sales, and visibility within open markets.
The role focuses on direct selling, market coverage, relationship building with traders, and achieving set sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


Sell and promote FMCG products within assigned open markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with traders and retailers
Ensure wide product distribution and visibility in the market
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Collect payments and ensure accurate transaction records
Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new traders
Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback
Support promotional activities and product launches in the market.


Requirements & Qualifications


Minimum of SSCE qualification
Experience in open market or FMCG sales is an advantage
Good understanding of local markets and trading practices
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to work in a busy market environment
Honest, reliable, and target-driven.
