Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Academy.
Manage correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Support student records management and academic documentation.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline.
2 - 3 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
