We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understand their business needs, and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that add value.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client needs, objectives, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
Develop account strategies to grow revenue and retain clients.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to deliver on client commitments.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
Ensure timely delivery of products or services and track client engagements.
Stay informed of competitors' offerings and industry developments to advise clients effectively.
Requiements
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role.
Proven track record of managing accounts, meeting sales targets, and driving client satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
