Generate sales in the outlet
Manage the back-up storage facilities
Generate and negotiate a suggested order
Confirm planned call objectives
Identify opportunities to generate business
Formulate and implement account plans
Investigate opportunities for sales growth
Develop, negotiate, implement and review account plan
Optimise human resources
Identify and close people gaps
Manage performance of team
Train and develop Merchandisers
Create a motivating work climate
